Many students and their parents asking me on the arrangements of certificates related to caste and income, rural, Kannada medium, study certificate, etc.
ಹಲವಾರು ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಪೋಷಕರು ಜಾತಿ & ಆದಾಯ, ಗ್ರಾಮೀಣ, ಕನ್ನಡ ಮಾಧ್ಯಮ, ಸ್ಟಡಿ ಸರ್ಟಿಫಿಕೇಟ್, ಇತ್ಯಾದಿ ದಾಖಲಾತಿಗಳ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಕೆಲವು ದಿನಗಳಿಂದ ನನ್ನಲ್ಲಿ ವಿಚಾರಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
When & How you can obtain the certificates?
ಪ್ರಮಾಣಪತ್ರಗಳನ್ನು ಯಾವಾಗ ಮತ್ತು ಹೇಗೆ ಮಾಡಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕು?
1) If you come under Category 1, 2A, 2B, 3A, 3B, SC, ST and your family’s annual income is less than Rs.8 lakh, It is better to obtain the Caste and Income Certificate , before submitting CET Application.
ನೀವು ಕೆಟಗರಿ 1, 2A, 2B, 3A, 3B, SC, ST ಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಬರುವಂತಹ ಜಾತಿ-ವರ್ಗಗಳಿಗೆ ಸೇರಿದವರಾಗಿದ್ದಲ್ಲಿ ಹಾಗೂ ನಿಮ್ಮ ಕುಟುಂಬದ ವಾರ್ಷಿಕ ಆದಾಯ ರೂ.8 ಲಕ್ಷಗಳಿಗಿಂತ ಕಡಿಮೆ ಇದ್ದಲ್ಲಿ, ಜಾತಿ ಮತ್ತು ಆದಾಯ ಪ್ರಮಾಣಪತ್ರ CET ಅರ್ಜಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಕೆಗಿಂತ ಮಂಚಿತವಾಗಿ ಮಾಡಿಸಿ ಇಟ್ಟುಕೊಳ್ಳುವುದು ಸೂಕ್ತ.
2) You can get the Caste and Income Certificate (Valid for 5 Years) from Tahasildar for categories 2A, 2B, 3A, 3B.
ಪ್ರವರ್ಗ 2A, 2B, 3A, 3B ಗಳಿಗೆ ತಹಶೀಲ್ದಾರರಿಂದ ಜಾತಿ ಮತ್ತು ಆದಾಯ ಪ್ರಮಾಣಪತ್ರ (5 ವರ್ಷ ಊರ್ಜಿತದಲ್ಲಿರುತ್ತದೆ) ಪಡೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳುವುದು
3) You can get the Caste Certificate (Valid for Lifetime) and Income Certificate (Valid for 5 Years) from Tahasildar for categories 1, SC, ST.
ಪ್ರವರ್ಗ 1, SC, ST ಗಳಿಗೆ ತಹಶೀಲ್ದಾರರಿಂದ ಜಾತಿ (ಜೀವಿತಾವಧಿ ಊರ್ಜಿತದಲ್ಲಿರುತ್ತದೆ) ಮತ್ತು ಆದಾಯ ಪ್ರಮಾಣಪತ್ರ (5 ವರ್ಷ ಊರ್ಜಿತದಲ್ಲಿರುತ್ತದೆ) ಪಡೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳುವುದು
4) You are belongs to OBC Category & If you wish to participate in JEE Advanced or NEET All India Counselling, it is better to obtain OBC Certificate in Central Govt. Format only – (Valid for one year)
ಜೆಇಇ ಅಡ್ವಾನ್ಸಡ್ ಹಾಗೂ ನೀಟ್ ಆಲ್ ಇಂಡಿಯಾ ಕೌನ್ಸಿಲಿಂಗ್‍ಗೆ ತಯಾರಾಗಲಿಚ್ಚಿಸ್ಸುವ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಓಬಿಸಿ ಕೆಟಗರಿಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಬರುವವರಾಗಿದ್ದರೆ ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ನಮೂನೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಓಬಿಸಿ ಪ್ರಮಾಣಪತ್ರ ಮಾಡಿಸಿಟ್ಟುಕೊಳ್ಳುವುದು ಸೂಕ್ತ – (ಒಂದು ವರ್ಷ ಊರ್ಜಿತದಲ್ಲಿರುತ್ತದೆ)
5) You are belongs to SC, ST Category & If you wish to participate in JEE Advanced or NEET All India Counselling, it is better to obtain Caste Certificate in English Language only.
ಜೆಇಇ ಅಡ್ವಾನ್ಸಡ್ ಹಾಗೂ ನೀಟ್ ಆಲ್ ಇಂಡಿಯಾ ಕೌನ್ಸಿಲಿಂಗ್‍ಗೆ ತಯಾರಾಗಲಿಚ್ಚಿಸ್ಸುವ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು SC, ST ಕೆಟಗರಿಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಬರುವವರಾಗಿದ್ದರೆ ಇಂಗ್ಲೀಷ್‍ನಲ್ಲಿ ಜಾತಿ ಪ್ರಮಾಣಪತ್ರ ಮಾಡಿಸಿಟ್ಟುಕೊಳ್ಳುವುದು ಸೂಕ್ತ
6) EWS Category: You are not belongs to OBC/SC/ST Categories and belongs to general category & If you wish to participate in JEE Advanced or NEET All India Counselling, it is better to obtain Income & Assets Certificate for Economically Backward Classes (EWS) in Central Govt. Format only – (Valid for one year)
EWS Category: ಜೆಇಇ ಅಡ್ವಾನ್ಸಡ್ ಹಾಗೂ ನೀಟ್ ಆಲ್ ಇಂಡಿಯಾ ಕೌನ್ಸಿಲಿಂಗ್‍ಗೆ ತಯಾರಾಗಲಿಚ್ಚಿಸ್ಸುವ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಸಾಮಾನ್ಯ ವರ್ಗಗಳಲ್ಲಿ (ಓಬಿಸಿ/SC/ST ಕೆಟಗರಿಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಬಾರದಿದ್ದಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾತ್ರ) ಬರುವವರಾಗಿದ್ದರೆ ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ನಮೂನೆಯಲ್ಲಿ Income & Assets Certificate for Economically Backward Classes (EWS) ಪ್ರಮಾಣಪತ್ರ ಮಾಡಿಸಿಟ್ಟುಕೊಳ್ಳುವುದು ಸೂಕ್ತ (ಒಂದು ವರ್ಷ ಊರ್ಜಿತದಲ್ಲಿರುತ್ತದೆ)
7) If your family is depends on agricultural income or agricultural income is higher than all other incomes and If you wish to get Agricultural Quota for Farm Science courses under CET, you required to obtain related certificate in the prescribed format from Tahasildar.
ನಿಮ್ಮ ಕುಟುಂಬವು ಕೃಷಿಯನ್ನು ಅವಲಂಬಿತವಾಗಿದ್ದರೆ ಅಥವಾ ಕೃಷಿ ಆದಾಯವು ಇತರ ಆದಾಯಕ್ಕಿಂತ ಅಧಿಕವಾಗಿದ್ದರೆ ಮಾತ್ರ ಅನ್ವಯವಾಗುವಂತೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಸಿಇಟಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕೃಷಿ ವಿಜ್ಞಾನ ಕೋರ್ಸುಗಳ ಪ್ರವೇಶ ಬಯಸಿ ಕೃಷಿಕ ಕೋಟಾ ಪಡೆಯಲಿಚ್ಚಿಸಿದರೆ ತತ್ಸಂಬದ ನಿಗದಿತ ನಮೂನೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ತಹಶೀಲ್ದಾರರಿಂದ ಆ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಪ್ರಮಾಣಪತ್ರವನ್ನು ಪಡೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕು
8) If student belongs to General category (except category 1, 2A, 2B, 3A, 3B, SC, ST) and Family’s annual income is less than Rs.8 lakh, required to obtain Income Certificate (Valid for 5 years) from Tahasildar – (Applicable only for Residents of Karnataka & name should be there in Ration Card of Karnataka)
ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಯು ಸಾಮಾನ್ಯ ವರ್ಗದವರಾಗಿದ್ದರೆ (ಕೆಟಗರಿ 1, 2A, 2B, 3A, 3B, SC, ST ಹೊರತುಪಡಿಸಿ) ಹಾಗೂ ಕುಟುಂಬದ ವಾರ್ಷಿಕ ಆದಾಯ ರೂ.8 ಲಕ್ಷಕ್ಕಿಂತ ಕಡಿಮೆ ಇದ್ದಲ್ಲಿ ತಹಶೀಲ್ದಾರರಿಂದ ಆದಾಯ ಪ್ರಮಾಣಪತ್ರವನ್ನು (5 ವರ್ಷ ಊರ್ಜಿತದಲ್ಲಿರುತ್ತದೆ) ಮಾಡಿಸಿಟ್ಟುಕೊಳ್ಳುವುದು. – (ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ರಾಜ್ಯದ ನಿವಾಸಿ ಹಾಗೂ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕದ ಪಡಿತರ ಚೀಟಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಹೆಸರು ಇದ್ದಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾತ್ರ)
9) If student belongs to General category (except category 1, 2A, 2B, 3A, 3B, SC, ST) and Family’s annual income is MORE than Rs.8 lakh, Income Certificate is not required to produce.
ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಯು ಸಾಮಾನ್ಯ ವರ್ಗದವರಾಗಿದ್ದರೆ (ಅಂದರೆ ಕೆಟಗರಿ 1, 2A, 2B, 3A, 3B, SC, ST ಹೊರತುಪಡಿಸಿ) ಹಾಗೂ ಕುಟುಂಬದ ವಾರ್ಷಿಕ ಆದಾಯ ರೂ.8 ಲಕ್ಷಕ್ಕಿಂತ ಹೆಚ್ಚು ಇದ್ದಲ್ಲಿ ಯಾವುದೇ ಆದಾಯ ಪ್ರಮಾಣಪತ್ರದ ಅವಶ್ಯಕತೆಯಿರುವುದಿಲ್ಲ.
10) In case of your parents are Government Employees/salaried and there is major variations/revisions in salary of 2019-20 financial year, it is suggested to get the certificates accordingly to the revised income.
ಪೋಷಕರು ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ಉದ್ಯೋಗಿಗಳಾಗಿದ್ದು 2019-20ನೇ ಸಾಲಿನ ವೇತನದಲ್ಲಿ ಗಣನೀಯ ಬದಲಾವಣೆಗಳಾಗಿದ್ದ ಪಕ್ಷದಲ್ಲಿ, ಬದಲಾದ ಆದಾಯಕ್ಕೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿದಂತೆ ಪ್ರಮಾಣಪತ್ರಗಳನ್ನು ಪಡೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳುವುದು ಸೂಕ್ತ.
11) All other certificate except the mentioned above need not to obtain at this time. Best time to obtain them after CET examination and within CET results.
ಈ ಮೇಲಿನ ಪ್ರಮಾಣಪತ್ರಗಳನ್ನು ಹೊರತುಪಡಿಸಿ ಉಳಿದ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಪ್ರಮಾಣಪತ್ರಗಳನ್ನು ಈ ಹಂತದಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾಡಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವ ಅವಶ್ಯಕತೆ ಇರುವುದಿಲ್ಲ. ಸಿಇಟಿ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆ ಮುಗಿದ ನಂತರ ಹಾಗೂ ಸಿಇಟಿ ಫಲಿತಾಂಶ ಬರುವ ಮುಂಚಿತವಾಗಿ ಮಾಡಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲು ಪ್ರಶಸ್ತ ಸಮಯ.
12) The information related to methods of obtaining certificates and prescribed formats will be provided on-time to the students and parents those who opted CRUST’s services. No need to worry!
ಉಳಿದ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಪ್ರಮಾಣಪತ್ರಗಳ ಪಡೆಯುವ ರೀತಿ ಹಾಗೂ ನಿಗದಿತ ನಮೂನೆಗಳ ಮಾಹಿತಿಯನ್ನು ಕ್ರಸ್ಟ್ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯ ಸೇವೆಯನ್ನು ಬಳಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು/ಪೋಷಕರಿಗೆ ಕ್ಲಪ್ತ ಸಮಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಪುತ್ತೂರು ಕ್ರಸ್ಟ್ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯಿಂದ ಒದಗಿಸಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ. ಚಿಂತಿಸುವ ಅವಶ್ಯಕೆತೆಯಿಲ್ಲ!
NOTE:
a) To obtain certificates described above in Sl. No. 1, 2, 3, 7 and 8, you must be resident of Karnataka State and your name should be there in the Ration Card issued by Govt. of Karnataka
ಮೇಲಿನವುಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಕ್ರಮ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆ 1, 2, 3, 7 ಹಾಗೂ 8 ರಲ್ಲಿ ಬರುವ ಪ್ರಮಾಣಪತ್ರಗಳನ್ನು ಪಡೆಯಲು ನೀವು ಕಡ್ಡಾಯವಾಗಿ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕದ ನಿವಾಸಿಯಾಗಿರಬೇಕು ಹಾಗೂ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕದ ಪಡಿತರ ಚೀಟಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ನಿಮ್ಮ ಹೆಸರು ಒಳಗೊಂಡಿರಬೇಕು
b) To obtain certificates described above in Sl. No. 4, 5 and 6, you must be resident of India and you can be reside any states of India.
ಮೇಲಿನವುಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಕ್ರಮ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆ 4, 5 ಹಾಗೂ 6 ರಲ್ಲಿ ಬರುವ ಪ್ರಮಾಣಪತ್ರಗಳನ್ನು ಪಡೆಯಲು ನೀವು ಭಾರತದ ಪ್ರಜೆಯಾಗಿರಬೇಕು ಹಾಗೂ ಯಾವುದೇ ರಾಜ್ಯದ ನಿವಾಸಿಯಾಗಿರಬಹುದು.
c) Income Tax return filed acknowledgement is not an equivalent to the Income Certificate issued by Tahasildar to get the reservation/benefits in CET.
ಸಿಇಟಿ ಕೌನ್ಸೆಲಿಂಗ್ ಪ್ರಕ್ರಿಯೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಮೀಸಲಾತಿ/ಪ್ರಯೋಜನ ಪಡೆಯಲು ಆದಾಯ ತೆರಿಗೆ ರಿಟರ್ನ್ಸ್ ಸಲ್ಲಿಕೆಯ ಸ್ವೀಕೃತಿಪತ್ರವು ತಹಶೀಲ್ದಾರರು ಒದಗಿಸುವ ಆದಾಯ ಪ್ರಮಾಣಪತ್ರಕ್ಕೆ ಸಮಾನವಾಗುವುದಿಲ್ಲ.
